Our range includes products for people using Omnipod, Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre, as well as insulin pens, pen needles, lancets, CGM sensor patches, protective accessories, carrying cases and insulin cooling bags. Depending on current availability, selected Omnipod DASH and Omnipod 5 Pods, Dexcom G6 and Dexcom G7 products, and FreeStyle Libre products and accessories can also be ordered with international delivery.
How long does international delivery take?
For most international destinations, delivery usually takes around 4-10 business days. The actual delivery time depends on the destination country, shipping method and, for shipments outside the European Union, customs clearance.
We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Available shipping methods and the exact delivery cost are shown during checkout before you complete your order.
Orders outside the European Union
If you are ordering from outside the EU, please keep in mind that your parcel may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs fees. These charges are determined by the authorities in the destination country and, if applicable, are paid by the recipient.
Customs rules for medical and diabetes-related products can also differ from country to country, so we recommend checking your local import requirements before ordering.
