Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM Sensor for Continuous Glucose Monitoring

Accu-Chek SmartGuide is a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor that measures glucose in the subcutaneous interstitial fluid. Worn on the back of the upper arm, it automatically measures glucose every 5 minutes and sends the readings via Bluetooth to a compatible smartphone app.

Each sensor can be worn for up to 14 days. The connected CGM system allows users to view current glucose readings and trends, while compatible predictive features can provide additional insight into how glucose levels may develop.

How to use: (Please read the manufacturer’s instructions for use before applying the sensor.)
Apply the sensor to the back of the upper arm using the supplied applicator and pair it with the compatible app. After the warm-up period, glucose readings become available; calibration with a blood glucose meter is required before CGM values can be used for therapy decisions.
